There are words brewing within me. I haven't written anything other than journey notes, posts in here, and a little processing for months. That needs to change.

Tonight I get to wear my new orange belt. My friend and I are the first two students to test in the beginners' Iaido class at FEMA, ever. Knowing that my sensei and sempeis (no idea how to pluralize Japanese) are as excited about us advancing as, if not more so than, we are makes this all the more fun.

Wow!

I had not realized that you were breaking ground there. Congrats! I have nothing but respect for the people at FEMA. Of course, that's why I make PG go there.
